How do I know if the workers are trustworthy?

We take customer experience seriously. All the workers have to go through a verification process before they can serve you. During the process, we ask them to submit their ID or SSN to check for their identify. On top of this, there is also a rating and review mechanism for workers. Workers obtain an average rating from their past services. You can make your own judgement based on this.

Cost and Refund
How much does the app cost?

The only fee you will pay is for the services you order with our app, but using the app itself comes at no additional cost to you. Enjoy all the powerful features and seamless services without worrying about hidden charges.

What are the refund policies of TycheGo?

Refunds can be processed after we review your service order. We follow an internal procedure to determine the refund situation. There is no guarantee that customers will always get their refund.

What payment methods are supported in the app?

We support a variety of methods to help you pay for services, from credit/debit cards to third party payment services like PayPal and Apple Pay. You can choose whatever is most convenient for you to order services.

Become a Worker
Can I become a worker myself?

Of course! We welcome more customers to list their own service on the app. In doing so, you can start your own business and make money by serving other customers. To become a worker, simply finish our worker registration procedure and we will offer help to guide you through this process.
